Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Listening to the student. As a tutor, I have limited time with each student, so I believe it is important to prioritise listening to what they need from me rather than simply pushing ahead with the material. By responding to their questions, concerns and areas of difficulty, I can tailor our sessions to what will be most valuable for them. Working collaboratively with the student in this way helps ensure they get as much as possible from the time we have together.
