What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I truly enjoy the feeling of helping a child understand a concept which they initially did not. It is so rewarding to watch them gain confidence in themselves and realise they are capable of so much more than they thought. I also love getting to know my students as individuals.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I think my strengths are patience, clear communication and the ability to put myself in my student's shoes as I really do understand that every child learns differently so I try to adapt my explanations to suit their needs. I am also extremely approachable and encouraging and I ensure that every student feels comfortable and heard.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think the most important things a tutor can do are build a student's confidence, understand their individual learning needs, and help them develop the skills to become more independent learners. A tutor should create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. It is also important to celebrate their progress and help them recognise their own abilities.
