I think seeing the moment that someone has understood a concept and is able to apply it without needing guidance after is very satisfying to witness when tutoring. Also finding out what method of teaching suits everyone best is also an enjoyable journey.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I think I am very patient, I understand that not everyone works at the same pace and I am more than happy to work at whatever speed the student wishes too. I think that it's extremely important to consider that not everybody has the same learning experiences as you, and just because something has worked for you or someone else, does not necessarily mean the same for every student.
