My Strengths as Tutor 💪

During my two years working at Kumon, I gained experience supporting children with their learning, explaining concepts and encouraging them to work independently. My strengths as a tutor are my patience, communication skills and ability to work well with children, I developed the ability to support students with different learning needs . I am very approachable , confident , organised and supportive and enjoy helping students overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe the most important thing a tutor can do is to be patient , provide encouragement and help students reach their fullest potential . Every student learns differently so it is important to adapt teaching methods to suit their needs and make sure they understand concepts rather than simply memorising answers . From my two years experience at Kumon I learnt the importance of encouraging students to become independent learners and creating a supportive environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes.
