The opportunity to guide someone and help them achieve their greatest potential, and showing them that achieving success is as simple as setting a goal, breaking it down into achievable objectives, persevering and also having faith in one's self.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

In addition to helping students understand why and how things are done, mentors must also encourage and be patient with students while they are in the process of achieving. A good tutor should also be capable of viewing things from the student's perspective in order to better understand the student's view on a particular matter and potential areas the student may find challenging.
