What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I generally find teaching very fulfilling. I enjoy tutoring because of the one-on-one aspect. This gives you the ability to understand how a student learns and allows you to tailor your teaching to that student to improve his/her weaknesses while also employing his/her strengths. A student improving in learning is quite gratifying as a teacher and his/her improvement in grades is an added bonus.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
As a tutor, I have found that my strength lies in my ability to connect with a student and earn his/her trust. This solid foundation makes tutoring sessions a safe place where they can ask any question without embarrassment. This open dialogue allows me to gauge their weaknesses and strengths and also allows the students to state what they struggle with as well.
