Harry has been remembering to show is working out more which is greatly improving his ability to show his thinking in breaking down a question. He has also been consistently talking aloud when working through a problem.
Below shows in detail how Amayah's attitude, effort and work habits have paid off progressively over my time with her this month. Receiving and ready to be engaged attitude. Effort is strong and energetic, if anything it can be inconsistent at times. Work habits tie into her strategies that are explained previously.
Only evident area of weakness would be immediate recall of processes involved with algebra (solving for x), and timestables for numbers 6, 7 and 8. Beyond this, her basic level addition/ subtraction seem to be fine and she is confident with them, however some awkward number pairs do reduce her speed.

Aisling is great with Roger, she is strict yet fairand keeps him on his toes. Roger's passion for school has improve since having 1 on 1 sessions with Aisling.
