Seeing a student grow and increase their understanding of a topic as the result of working together. Sharing happiness with the student upon the improvement of their confidence and depth of knowledge.

Provide a general enthusiasm for the topic at hand. Assist the student not only have knowledge of a topic but a true understanding. Ensure the student has confidence in the tutors understanding of a subject. Be prepared and organised for each session, have a clear outline of objectives.
