What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

What I enjoy the most is seeing the lightbulb moment when students finally understand a concept or how to approach a question. I also enjoy being part of my student's learning process and helping them feel more confident in their subject. This is what motivates me.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

One of my strengths would be being bubbly and encouraging when teaching my students so I can make learning more enjoyable. I am very friendly and approachable, and I have patience when teaching and trying to explain concepts with examples and diagrams to make them easier.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think one of the most important things a tutor should always do is make sure their students feel comfortable so they are able to ask any questions without being afraid of judgement. Communication between the tutor and the student is the key when tailoring the pace of teaching to different people. A checklist of goals and a plan of things that are going to be taught to help the student visualise their progress, allowing them to stay self-motivated. Positive motivation and encouragement is always a must; rewards for hard work can also be given!
