The most fundamental thing to me when dealing with people in general (especially students), is being considerate. In saying this, it is important to identify that each person has different strengths and weaknesses and therefore should be dealt with accordingly. My main goal is to help the students overcome any of their problems they face when encountering some sort of difficulties. Therefore, guiding them through the necessary steps will allow them to continuously enhance their skills and be able to utilise them in the years to come is what is most important to me.
