As a tutor, I believe I have strong communucation skills that I can clearly communicate I am trying to impart. That is the prime factor to consider. Also, I believe an open mind is required which I have while tutoring and mentoring because it is very important to know the thought process of the mentee and if you fail to know that then all the energy spent while tutoring will be in vain.
