The process of bonding with a student and getting to know more about them as they open up is extremely enjoyable as I have become someone they can trust and rely on. Easygoing I'm generally an easygoing person in which can help me bond with my students faster so they can feel comfortable around me, thus they wouldn't continuously feel awkward in which can affect their study. 2.
