What do I enjoy most about tutoring?

Working together with the student to improve their academic result and solving challenging questions. In my past experience as a studying buddy in high school, I found it was fulfilling to be someone who helps out others to work out the solution when they needed.

My Strengths as Tutor

OP 1 Student 2018. Australia Mathematics Competition (AMC) High Distinction receiver. (Year 10- Year 12) Good understanding of mathematical formula and problem solving skill. Ability of breaking down assignment criteria to meet the requirements and interpreting the concept clearly. Good communication and interpersonal skill.

Most important things I can do for a student

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to be a good listener and understand what is student’s first priority. As an OP 1 receiver, based on my past experience, breaking down assignment criteria to meet the requirements and interpreting the concept clearly can significantly improve the student’s grade. I can teach student how to learn Instead of giving them solutions only. I Enjoy tutoring, willing to share my own experiences with student to encourage them.
