What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I am passionate about mathematics. I love being able to help people to see the same beauty and elegance that I see, as well as to see people become less afraid of mathematics in general.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I have both a deep and broad understanding of most high-school math topics. I'm patient with students and allow them to come to their own understanding instead of spoon-feeding them information. I also understand that even though a topic might be easy, it won't necessarily be easy the first time you try it. Sometimes you also have to teach a student that a topic isn't as difficult as they first thought.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing a tutor can do is give students the confidence to keep trying. Maths as a whole is a subject that requires a lot of trial and error to get good at, so the tutor needs to be there to stop students from getting discouraged.
