What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy the sense of fulfilment that comes with helping someone achieve a goal. I think a lot of children struggle to believe what they are truly capable of and it’s incredibly rewarding to see them accomplish such goals and grow in their own confidence.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am incredibly patient and able to vary my methods of communication to connect with divergent personalities. In my previous roles, I have had to come up with creative ways to engage students with short attention spans or who did not understand specific requests due to English being their second language.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Listen. Students often feel overwhelmed and are unable to understand content because they don’t feel they are truly being listened to - something I relate to as a former student, and can easily combat by employing listening as paramount.
