What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy seeing the kids I work with grow their interest in the subjects I love. Watching a kid dread doing their math work to wanting to learn more than what they do inside the classroom makes me want to tutor even more.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am able to provide clear and concise explanations and examples of what the problem is asking and how to do it. I am also able to guide a student along a problem instead of outright giving them the solution.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to prepare them for later years in the subject they are working on and other subjects as well. With most tutors in the US, they only stay around if the student is having moderate to severe trouble (if the student is excelling, the parents don't usually want to pay for more sessions). If the student is struggling in the subject that you are tutoring them in, being able to not only help the student through the current problems as well as teaching them how to solve different problems later will allow them to embrace challenges.
