What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

As a tutor, I really enjoy supporting each student to become more confident in a subject area that they didn't feel confident in before. I also enjoy seeing each student using strategies that I have taught them and seeing them having a go at completing activities that I have designed specifically for them.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe that a tutor should instil a positive mindset to learning in each student, by encouraging them to challenge themselves, be persistent, and know that making mistakes is a part of learning. I also feel that a tutor should teach their students practical strategies and skills that students can learn to use independently. This way, students can apply these strategies to all different learning situations and subject areas.
