What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Interacting with the students and being able to help them understand the information in a more positive manner as well as teaching them techniques to help them remember the material they have learned. I want to teach the students the same way I hoped someone would have tutored me. I enjoy creating that difference and seeing the growth in all my students.

I consider that being able to put effort into tutoring outside of tutoring sessions by collating extra materials and information suited to the student's method of learning is very important. It is also vital to ensure that the tutor works collaboratively with the student as well as the parents. Ensuring the student understands the material they learn and being encouraging and supportive of the student through learning is crucial.
