What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Tutoring feels rewarding as I am helping other students learn and grow by sharing my knowledge. It also helps me grow to be a better person, as it helps further develop skills such as communication and confidence which are essential in the workforce.

I am adaptable and resourceful, so I can adjust myself to different cases and scenarios. I am also energetic and highly motivated, which enables me to develop good relationships with my students. Furthermore, I am open to listening to my students and their concerns, which means that I will consistently improve upon myself throughout my time as a tutor. Lastly, I have a passion for the subject I'm teaching, and I see tutoring as an opportunity to share my passion with my students.

I believe that a tutor must be able to provide the students with what they need. This means assessing the student's abilities and determining key weaknesses. Since not all students are the same, a successful tutor must be able to decide strategies that are suited for each individual student.
