I think it is important for tutors to be able to identify which areas students struggle with, then find a way to break it down and explain it to students so they fully understand. Tutors need to be patient and also be able to listen to what questions the students have, understand the problem and then explain the question to them slowly. Tutors need to understand that some students may need further explanation on certain topics and may take longer to adapt and learn a new concept.Tutoring students in 👦 👧
