What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I most enjoy explaining Maths concepts and helping students do well in their subjects at school. Also it is very rewarding and fulfilling when students improve and get better marks as a result of my tutoring.

I think my strengths are: - Explaining Maths concepts using simple English. - Knowing the study design well and what examiners are looking for from having tutored Maths for 4 years. - Encouraging students to explain concepts in their own words before attempting questions.

In my opinion, the most important things that a tutor can do are: - encourage students to explain concepts in their own words - be patient and enthusiastic with them - give them plenty of relevant questions to help reinforce concepts - listen to them explain how they learn best and adapt one's teaching style accordingly - be flexible in case they need some tutoring before an important sac or exam
