The thing I enjoy most about tutoring is helping others improve. I personally find that the ability to help students with complicated topics and making it easy for them to understand with simple approaches is very beneficial to their learning experience. Thus, as a tutor, my strength is recognising the best approach for students after analysing their strengths and weakness. The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to make them realise their flaws. A lot of students during their high school assessments get carried away and disheartened by the bad marks they receive. This blinds students of the areas in which they need to improve. Thus by analysing an individual students' strengths and weaknesses, tutors can facilitate to the overall needs of the students, improving their foundation which will overall improve their ability in the subject.
