My Strengths as Tutor 💪

As a tutor, i try my level best to realise and evaluate students learning experince and scan through the actual cause of mistakes rather than the acatual mistakes themselves For example If a student is making errors in algebric solutions instead of giving hin more practice worksheets i will try to assess whats the missing concept thats leading to certain mistakes I respect every student believing they all have certain strengths I prepare customised assessment methods and tools for them. I also try to relate certain concepts with really current examples to hit the nail.on the head

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

1-Help them gain confidence in themselves 2- Bring out the best in them 3- Alligning them with whats going on in the classroom 4-communication and openness 5- correspondence with parents 6-adaptibilty 7-humbleness and acceptance(when students dont benefit from tutors delivery,they should be able to modify their methods and tools)
