What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Since I started tutoring two months ago, I have really enjoyed being able to see the way that my students have improved over this time. They have become more confident in themselves and in their academic ability.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My biggest strength as a tutor is my patience. This patience has developed over the several different experiences I have had working with children, including my work as a swimming instructor, my volunteer work as a team leader in the children's ministry in my church, and my most recent experience tutoring students with dyslexia.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

It is super important for children to feel like they are doing well, and making progress. I think that as a tutor, encouragement is the most important tool that a tutor can use. If the students are not encouraged, they will no longer be motivated to keep trying, and will therefore not improve.
