What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
What I love about tutoring is that it is more than a job if done the right way. In my case, the right way is to make things more interesting than they appear. That helps not in memorising the concept but in understanding it in and out so that one does not have to look back to recall what the topic was about.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
Given my informal experience, I believe I inculcate playful teaching to break the monotony and use creative methodologies that help in enhanced understanding of concepts. I apply theory to practice and prefer using real life examples for problem solving. I approach the same concept in several unique ways to the students for increased clarity in understanding the subject.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
My first priority would be to make sure the student is clear about what the problem is all about before trying to solve it. I would ensure that I give the student enough time and space to explore the subject or any particular content of it to understand it, instead up hurrying him/her through the process. My focus would be to help him/her communicate with me well and make them comfortable having discussions and any sort of doubt clearing as and when necessary, with absolutely no limit on the count of doubts.
