What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy the process of helping students understand concepts and finding connections between different ideas. I enjoy the fact that by helping students learn they teach me how to become a better teacher, and in a way I learn from them as well.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I understand the learning processes of students. I know that every student is unique. There are different ways by which students learn and I can be creative in designing activities to meet their learning needs and pace. I am patient, understanding and I know how to make students comfortable in a session and to make learning fun.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Aside from teaching students the concepts required for their study, it's essential for tutors or any teacher for that matter to teach students how to learn. This involves critical thinking, asking the right questions, learning from their mistakes and developing good study habits. Once these are imparted in the students, they are given the tools and confidence to learn anything they choose to succeed in life.
