What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy communicating and connecting with people to help them achieve their study goals and reach their full potential as students. Additionally, it is satisfying sharing the knowledge that I gained during my years in the VCE system with others.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Every student has a learning style and studying technique that is most effective and efficient for them. I believe as a tutor I can successful recognise and then cater for my students' unique learning needs and hence can build upon their understanding in a more constructive way. Furthermore, my patience in guiding my students to a solution, rather than telling them the answer straight away, helps them develop their own skills and encourages more complex self-thought.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe in the importance of developing a student's own independent thinking skills, so that they gather the confidence to correctly respond to any problem that an exam or test may pose individually as I, the tutor, will not be there to help in assessments. By doing this, the student can cement beneficial study habits and obtain their academic goals; an outcome all tutors strive for. Moreover, it is essential for a tutor to be organised, consistent and reliable to ensure that each tutoring lesson is delivered efficiently and all questions can be answered in a clear and concise manner.
