What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I enjoy being able to help others in understanding new and strange concepts to them. It is very rewarding to see someone begin to understand a concept and with that their attitude changes towards learning other similar ideas.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I think my strengths are that I am patient but firm when teaching my students. I can completely understand if they are struggling in a topic as I myself used to be tutored and so I can sympathise with the position that they're in. In saying that, however, I would outline some major and minor goals of where we'd like to be at with each subject. I find this is effective in trying to maintain these small goals first.Most important things I can do for a student π
The most important thing is to be flexible and non-judgemental. You have to be open to different challenges that the student may be facing beyond the subject. Each student is different and has different ways to learn and as such your teaching method should reflect this.Tutoring students in π¦ π§
