Most important things I can do for a student π
Firstly, a tutor needs to spot what students are in need and look for the best solution for them. For example, students may not be interested in some topics and perform badly, tutor should notice it is not about the ability of the students but the motivation. To solve this problem, tutor should think of planning the lesson in a fun way.
Moreover, delivering knowledge with diversity ,making students enjoy learning and growing positively are also essential. Tutor should get students involved in the lesson and interact frequently.
