What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I think tutoring is equally rewarding to both the tutor and the student. I enjoy watching students grow and learn, to achieve the maximum marks to their full potential to achieve their goals. I enjoy teaching students with a tailored approach to each one, and learning about them and their own studying habits and dreams, makes it a truly rewarding job as you can help them achieve this.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am an extremely patient tutor, and I am able to effectively communicate. Along with my other strengths such as kindness, compassion, adaptability and honesty, I believe my biggest ones are patience, effective communication and ability to adapt to different students e.g. different personalities, study habits, learning environment, learning pace etc.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Tutors should have a personal relationship with all their students, meaning they should make a personalized tutoring experience tailored to suit each student's needs and weaknesses. A tutor should be extremely patient and willing to listen and answer any questions the student has. The most important thing is to keep encouraging your students and ensure they are positively motivated which will result in increased confidence. Another thing is, a tutor should focus on conceptual understanding, e.g. why? not just how?. This will ensure that the student fundamentally understands the foundations.
