What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
The most I enjoy about tutoring is interacting with students. I believe teaching does not happen when a tutor is delivering a lecture but also when a student responses to a teacher. Even tutors learn a lot from the student themselves when student asks a question. Lastly, to enter the classroom with the thinking that we as teachers have a huge responsibility to shape students' lives in any way for me is the best part.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I will certainly use the past experience that I gained as a student to nurture students to study a particular course and of course my knowledge. One of my major strengths is not only to deliver knowledge as a tutor but to tell the purpose that why and how that knowledge is used in real life. Because many of the students think about the purpose behind studying a subject. Another strength is, of course, making learning easy for the students, I will listen to students and how they think should be taught. And using my methodologies of teaching to make things easier.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Every student has his own mind, not everyone has the ability to catch up with the content of the lecture/course. It's important for every tutor to find students who are facing problems in classrooms and make them feel they too have the ability to be successful in the course. Whenever a student feels he won't be able to succeed its every tutor's responsibility to make him better at every cost by (for eg 1 on 1 session or changing teaching methodology). Lastly, motivating students about life, in general, is also important because students remember good teachers their whole lives.
