What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I enjoy working with children and the satisfaction of learning. In school I benefited from tutoring and I enjoyed a subject more if I had an engaging teacher who was kind and intelligent. Maths was my favourite subject as it was the most satisfying to me when you finally got the correct answer. The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is help the student learn and have both parties enjoy the process. It is important to not only understand and regurgitate the concept, but feel satisfied with the outcome and have a drive to continue learning. If a student looks forward coming to a class as they can simultaneously learn and enjoy then the teacher is doing a very successful job!
