What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy seeing the development of the children I teach, and as a swimming instructor, find great pride in watching my students both expand upon what they already know, and exceed their own expectations of themselves. I also strive to create a welcoming and safe environment where students feel they can express themselves and try their best without a fear of failure.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am patient and always willing to give all of my attention and efforts to my students. I am passionate about the education of others, and believe I can facilitate this seamlessly with their in-school learning. I am also very flexible, both with my time and location, whether that be in-person or online tutoring.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The role of a tutor is to provide additional support to students without hindering the learning that goes on during school. I would be able to assist students by creating an environment in which they feel safe, and encourage them to do the best they possibly can, while still maintaining a healthy balance between school and their own personal time. With this in mind, I could push students to achieve the best possible results, without causing a hindrance to their enjoyment of the subject.
