The most important things a tutor can do for the student would be instilling a sense of independence and self-confidence in a student, so they take initiative in their learning, and strive to their potential knowing they have the capacity to succeed. A tutor can do this for their student by maintaining a positive approach in each lesson, asking the student about what has been learnt to strengthen their understanding and increase self confidence while at the same time, never ridiculing a student for not understanding a topic in attempt to encourage them to continue to try.Tutoring students in 👦 👧
