I am disciplined and would instil the same sense of discipline into my student. Patience is also one of my strengths, as i understand everybody is different and it may take longer for some to understand or grasp different concepts. I think the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to inspire them to aim higher than where they currently are and to act as a guide towards that goal. It is also important for us to be there for them when they need us but not spoonfeeding them so that they can learn for themselves.
