What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Assiting people in understanding the subject and watching their development through it. Helping them understand the question and the joy they have when they finally solve it or their understanding of the topic clicks in their brain allowing them to do questions alike. It is rewarding seeing the growth and the resilience in the students as they go through the task trying to understand and tackle it as hard as they can and being rewarded by their sucess in the end. I also enjoy being a helping hand and someone the students can rely on.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
Explaining the solution in a way in which the student does most of it, in a way in which i don't "spoon feed" them the answer but slowly guide them to solving the solution themselves. I have employed these ideas when teaching peers and it proved to have a positive effect on the understanding of the students instead of memorising the process, they learn how to tackle those kinds of questions through their own understanding. I can communicate my ideas to the student in an efficient way in which they will be able to understand which creates an environment in which understanding can be brought abo
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Being patient with the student as they work through the question, and helping them with whatever they don't understand about the situation. Patience is key as it is frustrating at times when you don't understand a question and don't have the helping hand of teachers or anyone you can rely on. I have been through these times, and i want to help others so that problems like these will not arise. Furthermore, explaining the same few steps requires a lot of patience and understanding that the student is having troubles and working together to solve those troubles is the key for being a tutor.
