The best thing about tutoring is the satisfaction that you get when you help someone struggling with something that can be easy than they think by using simple techniques. I find tutoring is about sharing knowledge and learning at the same time which is like a reward for me.

I strongly believe I have the quality of understanding a person, finding their learning style and utilizing it to teach the student. I am very patient and a good listener. I also build a friendly and supportive environment with student so they can approach me with any questions without hesitation.

I think one of the crucial thing a tutor can do at first is to know the student's ability and strengths, to identify their learning style so that it is easier for them to learn and understand in a better way. Along with that a tutor can make the learning process fun by using various teaching methods and not only relying on textbook materials. Also tutor has to be well prepared and willing to engage with the student at their best.
