What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy tutoring others because I am able to help others on subjects they are struggling in. I receive a sense of achievement when I can see my classmates gaining knowledge and understanding, and hearing thanks for helping them passing their exams.

I pride myself on understanding maths and remembering formulas. I am passionate about solving problems, especially maths ones. From a tutor or teacher you are going to learn and understand more from someone who loves what they are teaching.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Tutors play a different role than teachers and parents, which puts them in a unique position to help students. Personal relationships are fundamental to student success; the more connected a student feels to his or her tutor, the more the tutor instils trust and respect, both of which are necessary ingredients for students to learn effectively. When a tutor listens to his students and takes the time to build a relationship with them, truly personalise the learning, incorporate connections to the student's interests and teach to the student's strengths.
