My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My biggest strength is my passion and enthusiasm for reading and writing. I have an analytical and creative mind, and enjoy writing essays and constructing arguments. I would deeply enjoy assisting a student in developing their English skills, and hope to inspire similar passion for the subject. My weakness is likely to be a tendency to be over-meticulous, and a possibility of setting too high a standard for a student to attain. However, I feel that my desire to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment will prevail, and thus I do not see this as a bar to success.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

A successful tutuor does more than merely help a student to raise their grade. In my opinion, a tutor should make an impression on a student. Having had the privilege of being led by an inspirational tutor in the early stages of my High School experience, I seek to emulate this role, by sharing with students the importance of learning. A successful tutor instills feelings of enthusiasm, passion and motivation in a student, and teaches them how to use critique and failure constructively to better themselves academically and personally.
