I recognize the importance of building strong, personal relationships with their students, which lends itself to establishing trust, respect and more efficient learning. Also, effective communication with stakeholders such as parents will help gaining information concerning the way in which the student learns. Finally, specific content knowledge is obviously important to enhancing the academic prowess of students.
