What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Responsible for classes of mostly primary and secondary school levels, the experience of tutoring has enabled a honing of my own skills. Accommodating for the needs of young learners, communicating with the tools available to me, has proven to be one of the most rewarding experiences.

The main objective in dealing with school-aged students is to instil trust and openness in the function which serves to guide and nurture. In my presence, it is important to establish confidence, enabling the students to feel at ease with my support. Positive reinforcement in their progress shows a keen interest in their individual development. A keen driver to motivate the students to master their scholastic challenges as well as achieve their personal goals. while enjoying the time shared.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Set goals with students; take responsibility for the developments by setting milestones and meeting targets. Assist students in the subject of my expertise. Show students easier ways to study, and hold them accountable for making changes each week. Communicate updates of student progress, and where appropriate, draw attention to any issues related. Review assignments/essays and provide written feedback on how to improve.
