What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I think the most thing I would enjoy about tutoring is assisting students who are in need and seeing how they improve throughout the year/ years (depending on their level and what they find difficult). I think the most rewarding feeling that a mentor/ tutor/ teacher can feel is working with a student who struggles in a particular subject or particular aspect in a subject and seeing them be able to overcome it and find it simple in the end.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I believe that as a tutor my strengths are that I am extremely patient and believe that when I tutor people, I have a very simple way of explaining things (despite me not having any real experience as a tutor, there were often times in high school when I would help my friends and classmates learn certain things that they found difficult and was able to explain how to work things out in a very simple and clear manner). I also adapt fairly quickly to new things such as new learning techniques which I believe is quite beneficial as not all students learn the same way.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important things I believe a tutor can do for a student is: - being a great listener to ensure that you are providing the most suitable resources to help the student. - being very patient and enabling the students to make mistakes and then showing them where they went wrong and helping them. - making them feel comfortable to make mistakes. - rewarding them or making them feel good when they achieve a good outcome to motivate them. - make them feel like they are always improving, regardless of how big/ small their achievement may be.
