Strengths are: Good knowledge in subject area. University Study so can go beyond subject material to increase passion or provide with advanced skills. Patient. Punctual. First hand experience of poor and good study habits so can notice the difference. Able to explain something in multiple ways to ease understanding. Clear communicator. Weaknesses: Can sometimes be "too nice" and may provide falsely positive feedback for fear of hurting feelings. While I do have good patience if someone makes the same mistake over and over I can get frustrated and outwardly show this

Promote self confidence through support and encouragement in the student so that ideally they become a self sufficient learner. Provide passion about the subject and demonstrate the exciting things that can be done with those skills Identify the student's strengths and weaknesses and identify ways to leverage and overcome them. Teach good study habits so that the student knows how to study efficently without burning out
