What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
The thing that I enjoy most about tutoring is when the student finally realizes a concept they previously struggled with. Knowing that I assisted them in the process of learning is very rewarding. Tutoring students also makes my brain sharper.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I value the importance of correcting ones mistakes and learning from them, especially in maths. I can re-explain some concepts that are unclear such that the student doesn't make repetitive mistakes. I also think I am good at using analogy to help the student picture some concepts better. As a person, I feel that I am easy to approach and that the student and parents can feel free to discuss with me about anything.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
It is essential that the student feels comfortable learning, and as a tutor I think it is our job to achieve this. Not only should the student feel relaxed while in class, they should start to gain interest in what they are learning. I think at least a tutor can do on the practical aspect is to help the student achieve their goals, lead them and guide them.

Needs to improve her ability of thinking mathematically, i.e rely less on calculators. Calculators are not helping when solving variables especially with fractions, therefore affect the ability of finding least common multiples and simplifying fractions using division.
Improved on her triangular geometry, knows the concept of pythagoran theorem. Can solve very basic equations with unknowns if all numbers are integers.
