What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Tutoring is a good way improve my own communication skills, as well as improve my confidence levels. I enjoy working with people, connecting and investing into the lives of others, and get excited for them when they succeed. Tutoring is great because it enables me to have a flexible schedule, and am able to impact into their lives positively.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am able to best adapt to my students needs, and change my teaching style depending on what student in attending to. I am open and honest with my students, and set realistic goals. I also act professionally and respectably around all my students, understanding that ultimately they have to be motivated to achieve their target goals.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Uncover learning styles - I will identify how the student best learns, whether it be visual, kinesthetic, aural, or some other form. Helping a student understand how to progress their own learning Compassion and motivation - Understanding that everyone starts from a different levels, and no 2 people are the same. Building a rapport with the students, and encouraging them when they understand a topic Building confidence - Constantly building them up, telling them not to compare to others, and only focus on themselves
