One of the most important things a tutor can do for a student is not to put more pressure on the student but make the concepts that they struggle with more easier to understand by providing examples and easier or more logical ways to approach questions. Also tutors need to make the work more fun to do (for the younger students) by having interactive items to demonstrate questions or for the older students to show more support they need
