What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

What I enjoy the most about tutoring is watching my students gain an understanding of what they didn't previously. Secondly, I enjoy the self-satisfaction that students get when they get the right answers, especially when they are full of doubt with themselves. To watch these students gain confidence in themselves as they continuously understand concepts and apply them by achieving the right answers is gratifying and motivates me to use my knowledge to make a difference.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I believe that as a tutor, students will find me personable. I consider myself a friendly and nice person with a great attitude. I am also able to build friendships quite easily. With that, I can take advantage of these traits and build great rapport with my students. I also teach with the aim to make students understand concepts to achieve the right answers instead of memorizing definitions to concepts.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

A tutor should ensure that the student can have direct contact with them to ask questions without feeling embarrassed if they are unfamiliar with concepts. A tutor should also provide resources pertaining to the subjects taught. Practice questions should also be provided by the tutor for the student. As the saying goes, practice makes perfect. Lastly, the effectiveness of a tutor should reflect in the student's grade.
