My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I am able to explain concepts easily and show applications of them so that students can understand at their level. I am very patient when it comes to teaching difficult things for students, some of whom may struggle to understand them at first. I also like a hands-on approach to teaching, allowing a student to work things out for themselves and try as many different examples to understand the concepts better or solve problems as they need. But I am also flexible in how I can tutor students who learn differently.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I believe a tutor should be able to explain things clearly and stop the flow of teaching when necessary if a student needs to revise a difficult concept, as I believe it is better to know the concepts now rather than leave those areas to remain unclarified and which can and does affect students come a test or exam day. I believe that a tutor should not try to impose their method of teaching on a student but rather allow the student to say how he/she would like to learn or revise as it can avoid all sorts of disagreements and actually make the lesson or session enjoyable and productive.

Ray is exceptionally astute and attentive, he had no difficulty in remembering mathematical principles and techniques, and then being tested when doing math problems.
Ray has admitted that he is a little disinterested at times not because the math topics are hard but because they aren't engaging his enthusiasm enough, hence he told me that when it comes to word problems involving the same kind of BODMAS related questions as using purely numbers he can feel lost and unsure. With someone to encourage and push him to always put in effort with his class work he should have no problem in excelling.
Ray quickly understood these 3 concepts of statistics and completed the examples I gave him for each.

Nothing as of yet as it an easy to understand topic for Ray.

Jordan began understanding the concepts very quickly and especially with more practicing is catching up with his Year 10 maths, that had been significantly disrupted due to COVID-19
Through no fault of his own Jordan is very much behind in nearly all the areas of maths as he has had to do online learning, however his school does not do video conferencing classes, therefore he does not feel motivated enough by the school to strive to becoming competent with his maths skills. With more tutoring I am sure he will greatly improve.
