What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Teaching other people about subjects that I am proficient in and helping others better understand the subject makes me feel that I am helping someone unlock their full potential, and the process of someone slowly improving at something they may not have initially been good at is a process that I really enjoy being a part of.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I can be adaptive in my teaching to ensure that I can make the concept or material I am tutoring easily understandable for the student, all while ensuring they are able to apply the concepts well onto actual questions. I can explain concepts in detail while ensuring the student is still able to understand and apply the concept on questions. I can also provide support for students to ensure that they don't get discouraged, and to help boost their confidence in a given subject.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important things a tutor can do for a student would be to provide encouragement and give the student confidence in their abilities, as well as helping them become better at what they are looking to improve and continue to show them that they can improve. Teaching students skills that are useful in the real world is also something important a tutor should do, as this will benefit them even after they have finished school.
