1. It gives immense satisfaction when students performs well and enjoy studying in classes. 2. Teaching is not just a job for me but its something I really enjoy. 3. Motivating students and getting good feedback from them and their parents encourages me to deliever my best everytime.

1. As I really enjoy teaching, it reflects in the way students takes interest in the classes and that helps building a good rapport with them. 2. As a tutor i make sure, students targets have met and to understand that every childs requirements have been fulfilled.

1. Its important to have an honest relationship with students and to act responsibly when working with students. 2. Always give examples which matches with some real life scenarios so as to get students involves more and to which they can relate. 3. Be patient as not all students abilities or grasping capabilities are same. Motivate them and tell them how they can do better.
